Simply extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
How to Fix Texture Loss:
If you are experiencing any texture loss, make a copy of the low texture and rename it to +hi. The low textures should be 1024x1024 or 1024x512. Anything lower does not matter. If the textures aren't, you need to downscale them to that resolution. If you are still experiencing issues, try changing the pixel format to DXT5 or DXT1.

@stefano11 Even though it's updated I'm still waiting for Enhanced Native Trainer and Gameconfig for Limitless Vehicles to be updated. I managed to unpatch my game which is how I'm able to make mods. I'll get around to it eventually.
